Empire Steel Merchandise, Inc. signed a 10-year, 42,000-square-foot lease at 2362 W. Shangri-la Street in Phoenix. The whole consideration of the lease is $4.Three million. The metallic manufacturing firm focuses on sheet metallic, chrome steel, aluminum, gentle metal, and copper, and is shifting and increasing from its present Phoenix headquarters.
The property is situated on 2.2 acres in Phoenix’s Metro Industrial Heart, inside two miles of the corporate’s earlier long-time HQ, which allowed for a seamless transition. The ability is totally air conditioned and options 3,600 amps, 277/480-volt three section energy, fence-secured parking for 125 areas, 18-foot clear heights, and 12- by 16-foot grade-level overhead doorways.
Daum’s David Wilson and Carter Wilson secured the deal for the personal investor landlord.
